Materials and performance claims
Material descriptions are provided for each product where available. Terms such as nylon, canvas, PU leather and genuine leather describe different constructions and should not be treated as interchangeable. Appearance, texture and care needs can vary between products.
We also avoid treating ordinary closures or materials as specialist security or weather equipment. A standard zipper does not make a bag theft-proof, and “water-resistant” is not the same as “waterproof.” Unless a product page gives a specific tested rating, protect electronics and important documents from prolonged rain.
Shipping
