Refund policy

14-day return period

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Email service@florevant.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos. If the return is accepted, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions for your region. Do not send an item back without return instructions, and do not assume that the address on the original parcel is the return address.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage and packaging unless applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. For an item that is damaged, defective, or not what was ordered, contact us first; eligible remedies and return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

European Union and United Kingdom customers

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom retain any mandatory statutory cancellation and return rights that apply to distance purchases, including a 14-day cooling-off right where applicable. Nothing in this policy excludes or reduces those rights.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before processing begins, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner if required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
